Who We Are
Nirmal Niranjana Trust works toward reviving the Niranjana river and safeguarding Bodh Gaya's living Buddhist heritage, bringing faith communities, government partners, and local residents together in this effort. Since 2019, the Trust has run awareness programmes centred on the river where the Buddha bathed, meditated, and attained enlightenment.
Our work spans river conservation, Buddhist heritage preservation, community development, and international collaboration with Buddhist nations around the world.
