1. Registration and approval

[EDIT ME] Submitting this form does not guarantee entry or membership. Every registration is reviewed by our team and may be approved or rejected. An ID card is issued only after approval.

2. ID card

[EDIT ME] The ID card is personal and non-transferable. It must be shown (printed or on a phone) with its QR code at the entry. Lost, shared or misused cards may be cancelled without refund.

3. Fees and refunds

[EDIT ME] Paid and Premium categories require payment as described on the form. Describe your refund / cancellation policy here.

4. Membership validity

[EDIT ME] Membership is valid until the date printed on the ID card. Describe renewal rules here.

5. Personal data we collect and why

[EDIT ME] We collect your name, contact details, address, ID document and number, and photo to verify your identity, run the event or membership, issue your ID card, and record attendance and gifts. Mention who can access this data (authorised administrators only), how long it is kept, and how a person can ask to correct or delete it, including a contact email address.

6. Check-in and gifts

[EDIT ME] Your attendance (check-in / check-out time) and gift collection are recorded when your QR code is scanned. One gift pack per person.

7. Conduct
